Meet Marina, another lovely participant of the 40 over 40 campaign! When Marina reached out to me she was so so nervous. She has never seen a photo of herself that she likes and really believes she is not photogenic at all!

What drew you to this 40 over 40 campaign?

I wanted to see how I look through other people’s eyes.

If you could go back and tell your 20 year old self something that you think would change your life, what would it be?

Enjoy life and try new things out without being too concerned in achieving high marks at university.
Don’t settle too young and live life while discovering my own self.

Has there/is there anyone in your life who has made a massive impact, if so, how?

My mother. Her love, faith and never pretending to what she is not.

Thoughts on aging?

Aging is an eye opening experience. I realise all people have a need for being loved and accepted.
