You will join us in the beautiful mountains and the rest is a mystery 😉 (Don’t worry we will guide you every step of the way!)

You will be photographed in the most beautiful setting, you will have the opportunity to dress up, be pampered and look and feel incredible, and of course have the absolute best time.

This portrait session is designed to capture your beauty in a most epic natural setting. We will have Jess with us, our expert hairstylist and makeup artist, and she will be ready to help you shine.

I will guide you through each and every pose and expression and hold your hand through the whole process to make sure you feel at ease and confident every step of the way.

WHAT DOES THIS DRAKENSBERG ADVENTURE COST?

Experience fee – R24 950 / $1400 per person

This experience fee includes:

  • The guided hike 
  • Accommodation
  • A sunset and possibly a sunrise portrait session (also weather permitting)
  • Complimentary basic hair & make up for your sunset portrait session
  • A reveal session where you can purchase images

Additional images and luxury products can be purchased separately.

FAQ

Q: Do I need to be super fit to do this?
A: You don’t need to be an athlete, just someone with a love of the outdoors and a willingness to try something new. We’ll walk you through everything, but I would recommend you be able to walk a Parkrun comfortably.

Q: Will I be safe?
A: Your safety is incredibly important to us. While no adventure comes with guarantees, we’ve taken every reasonable precaution to support a safe experience. I work with a highly experienced mountain guide who prioritises safety in every decision. You’ll never be asked to do anything you’re deeply uncomfortable with, and we adjust plans based on weather, trail conditions, and your comfort level. We also keep the group intentionally small for a more supported, attentive experience.

Q: Where exactly are we going?
A: The destination is part of the adventure. You will get all the details on where to meet before the trip, but part of the magic is the mystery. And before we start the surprise part of the adventure you will be fully informed and you will decide if it is something you want to do.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: We’ll send you a full packing list after you book. Everything is designed to be simple and manageable. You might be required to buy/borrow 1 or 2 items, if you do not have them.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: We’ll always prioritise safety. If we need to adjust plans, we’ll do so in a way that protects the experience while keeping you safe.
