Within 48 hours I will give you a quick call, or, if I can’t get hold of you, you will receive an email to schedule this call. Here we will briefly discuss your vision, needs and pricing details. This call also helps us connect and be sure that we are a right fit for each other – it’s important for you to vibe with your photographer!
Once you are booked in, we will also send you a brand questionnaire to fill out so that we can learn more about you and your business, and this will also be used later on to share on our social media etc to help you grow your business.
This call is where we dive into the details of your portrait session. We will chat about your business, who you are in business, what your business mission is. And from here we will plan out some outfits, plan different colours & styles etc and plan your shoot to be a massive success. This is also where I will encourage you to dream and think about any other portrait sessions you might want to do at the same time; family, couple, glamour etc.
We will have an absolute blast creating your brand images together. I guide you every step of the way and help ensure that you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera!
Here you get to come in (or we can meet online) and you get the opportunity to see and order the images we captured during your portrait session.
This is also when we will look at the photos we have taken and compare them with your on going personal branding needs and put together a subscription plan.
We will book in your consultations & portrait sessions for the year and together we will work on building your brand.
Within 36 hours of you selecting your photos, you will receive a link to your images. You will receive the images in both high res as well as web quality so that you can immediately start using them online and within your print marketing.
We will meet again – here we will look at how your last photos performed. We will look at where you used them and the response they got. And if needed we will adjust our portrait plan or expand on our plan to be even more intentional with the images.
We will also look at the other areas of your business you want to grow your personal brand and formulate a portrait plan for that specific area.
We will have another day of pampering you and blowing you away with your own awesomeness 😉 This time we will just have some data to work off of so that we are even more intentional with the photos we take 🙂
