1. The Promoter
This campaign is run by Tamryn Lowe Photography, a sole proprietorship operating in Fairland, Johannesburg, South Africa (“the Promoter”).
2. The Campaign
2.1 The Mother’s Day Portrait Campaign (“the Campaign”) invites participants to nominate a woman who has played a meaningful role in their life for a luxury portrait experience.
2.2 The Campaign opens on [opening date] and closes at 23:59 on 30 April 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.
2.3 The winner will be announced on 1 May 2026 via the Promoter’s social media channels and by direct contact with the winning nominator.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to anyone aged 18 years or older who submits a nomination (“the Nominator”).
3.2 There is no minimum age requirement for the nominated woman (“the Nominee”).
3.3 Nominations must be submitted on behalf of another person. Self-nominations are not permitted.
3.4 Only one nomination per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will not improve the chances of winning and may result in disqualification at the Promoter’s discretion.
3.5 Nominations must be completed in full to be considered eligible. Incomplete submissions will not be entered into the selection process.
3.6 Nominations submitted solely for the purpose of entering the giveaway, without genuine interest in the portrait experience, are not eligible for selection. By submitting a nomination, the Nominator confirms that the Nominee is genuinely willing and available to participate in a portrait session at the Promoter’s Johannesburg studio.
3.7 The portrait session takes place exclusively at the Promoter’s studio in Fairland, Johannesburg. The Nominee must be able to travel to and attend the session in person. Travel costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
4. The Prize
4.1 One winner will receive a luxury portrait experience to the value of R11,950, which includes:
A pre-session consultation
Professional hair and makeup on the day of the session for 1 person
A fully guided portrait session at the Promoter’s Johannesburg studio
A personal image reveal and ordering session
5 complimentary portrait images of the Nominee’s choice
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any alternative prize.
4.3 The prize does not include any additional images beyond the 5 complimentary portraits, although the winner will have the option to purchase additional images at the standard rate during their reveal session.
4.4 The prize must be booked and the portrait session completed within 3 months of the winner being announced. Failure to book within this period will result in the prize being forfeited.
4.5 Session scheduling is subject to the Promoter’s availability. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preferred dates within the prize validity period.
5. Selection of the Winner
5.1 The winner will be selected at the Promoter’s sole discretion based on the quality and sincerity of the nomination submitted.
5.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection outcome.
5.3 The winner will be notified via phone call and email on 1 May 2026 and will also be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels.
5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the announcement, the winner forfiets their prize. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner via phone and email during this period.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Entry Conditions
6.1 By submitting a nomination, the Nominator confirms that:
They are 18 years of age or older
The nomination is genuine and submitted with the Nominee’s best interests in mind
The Nominee is aware of and willing to participate in a portrait session should they be selected
All information provided is accurate and truthful
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry and to disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
7. Use of Submitted Content
7.1 By submitting a nomination, the Nominator grants the Promoter permission to read and consider the submitted story and information for the purposes of selecting a winner.
7.2 The Promoter will not publish or share the content of individual nominations without the express written consent of the Nominator.
7.3 The winner and their nominated woman may be asked to provide a testimonial or allow their portraits to be used for marketing purposes. This is entirely voluntary and will be discussed separately with the winner prior to the session.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Tamryn Lowe Photography is committed to protecting the personal information of all participants in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
8.2 Personal information collected through this Campaign, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers, will be used solely for the purposes of:
Administering the Campaign
Contacting participants regarding their nomination
Sending follow-up communications where consent has been given
8.3 Participant information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party without consent, except where required by law.
8.4 Participants who have provided consent to receive marketing communications may receive information about future offers and experiences from Tamryn Lowe Photography. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Promoter directly.
8.5 Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting Tamryn Lowe Photography at info@tamrynlowe.co.za.

9. General
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice, should circumstances beyond their control require it.
9.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues.
9.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9.4 By submitting a nomination, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
