Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Tamryn Lowe Photography, based & operating in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
2. The promotion is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over except employees of Tamryn Lowe Photography and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. Portrait sessions have to be booked and paid for by COB 6 March 2024.
4. This promotion is not available to any person(s) already in the process of having their portraits taken or having already started the process of making a booking with me. 
5. By accepting this promotion, the recipient is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Only one gift will be accepted per client. Multiple gifts from the same person will be disqualified.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for gift vouchers not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the promotion and how to accept are as follows: Each client is to share the promotion with one friend. Said friend is to submit their details along with a note that they received this gift, and who they received it from via the contact form on Tamryn Lowe Photography website.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is R1500 of a Portrait Session from Tamryn Lowe Photography as well as R3000 off their portrait purchase. The promotion is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Only one recipient per existing client will be accepted.
13. If the recipient can not be contacted or does not submit their details within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer from the recipient and pick a replacement recipient.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By submitting personal details for this promotion, the recipient is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The recipients agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the recipient or any other recipients will be used solely in accordance with current SA Popi Act and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the promotion. By sharing their details, the recipient agrees to these terms.
17. Submitting detain into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. You are providing your information to Tamryn Lowe Photography and not to any other party.
